Publicity includes an informational slide show for use in demonstrations held on or off campus and articles in the library's newsletter, the Computing Services newsletter, and campuswide newsletters. A promotional brochure was sent to all UAMS instructors. A weekly informal informational meeting called "Friday-at-Noon" is a vehicle for encouraging instructors to present their programs to others interested in educational technology and to share their experiences.
